centrally located secured campus buildings in Sydney and Melbourne
are spread over several floors of air-conditioned comfort and possess
the following modern facilities:
Classroom facilities
All
classrooms are airconditioned, spacious and fully equipped with
the latest technologies including computers, data projectors, DVD
players, sound systems, etc. |

Commercial cookery and patisserie training kitchens
SICB
has 2 large purpose built fully equipped commercial cookery and
patisserie training kitchens onsite at the Melbourne campus premises.

Computing facilities and Technical support
|
| SICB
currently has many Windows PCs available in open-access computer laboratories,
principally for student use. All computing facilities including access
to the Internet and Email services. Hardware and software support
are available to all SICB students. |

Theatrette
SICB
has a spacious and state of the art soundproof theatrette fully
equipped with data projection systems, DVD players and video conferencing
facilities. The theatrette is often used by the UnitedSICB Student
Club for the screening of weekly movies for students. |

Other facilities
In
addition to the above, SICB students also have access to the following:
- Function room (free tea and coffee all day)
- Students' meal room/common room equipped with microwaves, vending
machines and a fridge
- Students' photocopying and printing services
- Sick bay
